You can drop off your grading submission in person during the opening hours listed below and collect your cards again after they return from grading.

Opening hours for drop-off and collection

Monday 5:30 PM–9:00 PM
Wednesday 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
Please bring your order number when dropping off or collecting your cards.

How personal drop-off works

  1. Purchase your preferred grading service through our online store.
  2. Securely package each card in a penny sleeve and toploader.
  3. Bring your cards and order number to our shop during the opening hours listed above.
  4. We will register your submission, and you can then track its status through your customer account.

Collection after grading

Once your cards have returned to us and are ready for collection, the status of your submission will be updated accordingly. Please only collect your cards after they are shown as ready for collection.

Opening hours may differ on public holidays, during events or for operational reasons. We will publish any current changes on this page.
